This post is about how I did my slimming after a bring a stagnent M size for 6 years.
Started : Nov 2008 @ 60kg size M
Ended : Jan 2009 @ 48kg size XS
After trying various type of slimming including replacement meal, slimming centre package of $5K, skip meals, slimming pills etc, none of them help me to return back to my pre-pregnancy weight of 48kg.
A girlfriend (Pamela) teaches me on Atkin's diet, after knowing in details, find that heavy protein meals plus exercise would not match my lifestyle. Bumped into CALORIES and decided to google heavily on it. It WORKS like MAGIC for me, my girlfriend (Annie), some fellow forums mate (M4M) and friends around me.
Pointers that work for me :
1. Every 7000 excess calories add 1kg for me
2. Thus every 7000 deficiet calories reduce 1kg for me
3. Negative calories food works
4. Functional food works on burning fat from within
5. Never let your body goes into ketosis mode, hijack it up once every 2 weeks
6. Low calories does not mean NOT eating or eating food with NO sauce.
7. Fruits before meal and not meal before fruits, there is a logic behind this.
8. Exercise burn calories, so if you love chocolates add some exercise routine.
Pointers for you :
1. Check whats your idea calories intake
2. Check whats the calories of you usual food
3. Within the same food range, watch out the fats and carbo contents too.
